MISSION STATEMENT

The Ohio Physical Therapy Network, Inc., is committed to the provision of quality rehabilitation services to the consumer, at reasonable costs, with established programs of professional peer review to assure the maintenance of such standards of quality.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Ohio Physical Therapy Network, Inc. and its Members are committed to foster and provide, through the combined resources of individual practice groups, quality rehabilitation services to our patients. We strive to ensure an ethical and compassionate approach to rehab services delivery and management. Network employees and Members must demonstrate absolute integrity in the way they do their work and serve their patients.

PURPOSE OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT

The Code of Conduct provides guidance to the Network, all Network employees and Members and assists the Network's employees and Members in carrying out their daily activities within appropriate ethical and legal standards. These obligations apply to relationships with patients, affiliated physicians, third-party payers, vendors and one another.

The Code is a critical component of an overall ethics and compliance program. The Code has been developed to ensure that the Network, its employees, and all the Members meet ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The Code is intended to be a statement that is comprehensive and easily understood. We promote member autonomy however, in order to meet local needs, the policies set forth in this Code are mandatory and must be followed by all Network employees and Members.
